Oh, and let’s not forget, she used to slay my hair!

Although we are tied by blood, Faith is more than just my little sister, she is my compassionate, reliable and resourceful friend and she is my sound counsel. • Staci Young

I first met Faith through her older sister Yozi, who was my prophyte, and we both attended Cal State Fullerton. I used to shout out "Faith Onwusa!!" whenever I spotted her on campus. Over the years, the Onwusa family became extended family—from her mom babysitting my daughter to later welcoming Faith into the sorority. Our friendship blossomed into a deep sisterhood, especially when she would come over almost daily to spend time with me and my daughter JoJo. I remember when she came back from a trip and told me about meeting Derrick. From that moment on, I'd hear Faith on the phone all booed up and giggling. lol! Years have past, and I'm so happy to be here for my friend, soror, fellow TS, and sister Faith. I'm excited to see what blessings God has in store for both Faith and Derrick as they begin this next chapter together!
